The Miraculous Mattress Promise
Returns, exchanges and full credit are available for a period of 1 year on Mattress Works mattresses from the date the mattress is received by the customer.
The following items are excluded from return, including clearance or closeout items, adjustable bases, bed frames, foundations and hi-rise foundations.
The following stipulation applies for a mattress return:

Item must be protected by a waterproof mattress protector and be free of stains or soiling of any kind.
Refunds
- Refunds will be processed in a timely manner.
- If an exchange takes place, the customer will receive a refund for the difference, or pay the difference if the mattress is more expensive.
Damaged or Defective Items
Mattress Works will replace or repair damaged mattresses, adjustable bases, bed frames, foundations and hi-rise foundations as parts and replacement items are made available.
Clearance and Ineligible Items
Clearance, closeouts, and “AS IS” sales are final. NO refunds. NO returns. NO guarantees. NO exchanges.
