Built By Family Hands Here in the Midwest

As a mattress nerd, I couldn’t choose just any mattresses to sell,

For one, there are so many cheap quality mattresses now,

ones with gimmicks,

ones with toxic chemicals that feel good while keeping you from fully resting,

ones that cost about the same as a car…

And a car has wheels, a motor, AC, and an infotainment system.

So I searched…

and I finally found this family owned mattress factory right here in the Midwest.

Old Fashioned, New Technology and Good For You

They still make mattresses the old fashioned way,

with individual coiled springs,

and hand tufting that makes a more comfortable, stable, and long lasting mattress,

while implementing technological advances,

with materials that are good for you,

and feel even better.

Solving Your Sleep Issues

They listened to all the sleep problems I wanted to solve with each mattress,

and then adapted their entire process

so they could be made to my mattress nerd specifications.

You can’t buy these mattresses anywhere else.

Only here at Mattress Works.

They can even make custom sizes

for hard to fit beds,

pets

and people who want a bigger bed than exists.

At a Great Price Too???!!!

Best of all, they cost what a regular Ohioan can afford.

Seriously.

When you come to Mattress Works

you can get a great quality mattress between $599 and $2999,

that feels incredible,

lasts 10-15 years,

is healthy for your body in every way,

and makes a big difference in your sleep,

and how you behave during the day.

I realize it’s hard to believe you really can get all that for your money.

Check out what our reviews say.

Even better, come into the store

way out here in little ol’ Napoleon.

Sure you could pay more for how good these mattresses are,

I guess, if you want, just let us know you want to pay more,

and we’ll ring it up for you special at the cash register. :-)

If you’re happy to pay our regular price

that lets me pay the factory well,

pay my staff well,

and even provide a good income for my family,

without all the warehouses and large corporations taking a cut,

come to Mattress Works.

Designed Around Your Story

It’s the only place I know where everything,

from factory assembly to mattress selection process,

is designed around your story (check out the names and descriptions!),

and solves all the problems people have with mattresses.

It’s why I couldn’t stop searching until I found this factory

that could provide mattresses that are pretty amazing,

built by midwest family hands that take their time to do it right.

A Little Bit About Hand Tufting

A long time ago, if you found a hand tufted-mattress,

it was a cut above the rest.

I’m talking about the little button looking things.

It’s hard to find anything that feels like that anymore.

Most people want a smooth, sleek-looking top.

Just because it looks good, doesn’t always mean it’s the best mattress.

Let me tell you why…

The Layers That Make You Comfy, Cause Two Problems…

Every good mattress has layers.

The combination of all the different layers make a mattress feel just right

or not.

But all those layers move when you move.

The more they move,

The faster the mattress breaks down (due to abrasion),

or gets lumps in it (from little pieces breaking off).

That movement of layers also reduces the comfortable area on a bed,

meaning you may get a king bed,

but only have a queen size area of the good spot to sleep.

The Hand Tufting Process

Once you assemble the layers,

You can add a last step called tufting.

Here’s how it works…

A large machine compresses the mattress down to a few inches thick.

The Midwest family hands at the only factory that makes Mattress Works beds

use thick needles to thread a cord through.

On the back side there’s a T.

Once the cord gets through, they tie it off by hand (thus, hand tufting).

They do 15-20 more to complete the mattress

Once the mattress de-compresses

the15-20 tufts create a stable surface edge to edge.

Hand Tufting Solves Both Problems With Added Benefits…

A hand tufted mattress feels solid, substantial, like quality.

Hand tufting also helps your mattress last longer.

with more of the comfortable space you want all over your bed.

As added bonus, the support feels more evenly distributed.

Even better, it sags less over time.

So you get a better feeling bed even when it’s older.

Mattresses used to last much longer than they do today,

Hand tufting was a big reason.

It’s always WORKED.

Mattress Works Has Hand Tufted Beds, And…

Not many mattress stores carry hand tufted mattresses any more.

But 5 of our 12 Mattress WORKS mattresses are hand tufted.

You can actually feel the comfort and quality when you lie on them.

If you’re into old ways that have always been reliable, you’ll love it.

It really makes a bed that’s pretty amazing.

Try it for yourself

See if a hand tufted mattress feels right to you.

See if it fits your story;

Or if a new smooth top mattress is more your speed

Come lie down on one… or both.

They’re also backed by our One Year Miraculous Mattress Promise,
