Here are some of the things you’ll be doing Tues - Sat (that’s when the store’s open)…
Working right alongside the owner of the company.
Helping people find the mattress that fits their story,
Loading a mattress,
Unpacking a mattress,
Cleaning up,
Ringing up a sale,
Delivering a mattress.
We’ll teach you everything you need to know for the job,
While you’re getting paid that salary I mentioned.
We’ll even provide extra leadership training outside the store,
Because we want you to become the best version of yourself, not just a more productive employee.
We have no problem with you failing at something you attempt,
As long as you don’t give up, learn and grow from it.
